Bought WP theme from Envato Market - no demo content

Hey guys, I bought theme from mentioned market, but when i uploaded the theme on WP and previewed, i still got only the content i have there, how can i import some demo content/blocks/blogs and after than I can just update it, so I do not need to build each block from scratch. When I checked live preview before purchase, I thought I will get already build template (sections, menus and so on) and then I will just remove those I do not need.

The theme name is Atlas.

Edit: problem solved, I should ve made more research before posting, I found plugin which will import the demo content for specific theme - One click demo import
