Casinos make a lot of money so you should have enough to rent an offshore DDoS protected server temporarily and route traffic there.

Maybe you could try the following:

1. Identify the region your clients are coming from. If most of your traffic is from a specific region, consider blocking all other countries, as it’s nearly impossible for members outside your target countries to be legitimate users.
2. If you’re still facing DDoS attacks, especially from higher-risk countries, start analyzing the traffic. Many Layer 7 DDoS attacks will hit your front page without normal headers, so inspecting the traffic carefully and setting specific rules based on that can help mitigate the risk.
