Repurpose videos for tiktok in one click

I want to analyze demand. I got an idea to create a program. This is the function the program will have:
The user enters a link to a TikTok video, the program downloads the video without watermarks and repurposes it immediately. That is, in one click you will receive a video ready to upload to your TikTok. The algorithm will not recognize it as a duplicate. Is such a program necessary?

Do u make video unique before repurpose? Cause downloading is only the first step, after that you should change voice, pixels etc.

I am interested as well, spoofing tiktok to duplicate content is pretty hard these days, even doing it via ffmpeg programatically is not yielding good results. The only software im aware is something like tiktok uniqueizer, has a thread on bhw as well, but i dont think even that has a 100% success rate. So if you've tested this, peeps would be down to throw mad money.

SpoofLab has a free trial period, they claim to use pixel attacks to make unique content, but the video is still the same, you can create hundreds of copies and none will be detected and the video looks the same
