Update to my previous review: every single post and comment that was removed by this service has been restored and are back again. I have contacted Diamond Hands to figure out what is going on, but yet to receive a reply.

I hope for a swift resolution as I spent a couple of thousands of dollars on this service, and this was quite disappointing to wake up to. I am looking for either the service to be fulfilled again as promised or a full refund. Will update further as I receive a reply.

Edit: I have received a reply that he will be fixing this, and reassured me.

I have seen this happen before with other services. What I would suggest is the vendor explain their process. Nothing is magic.
