Sorry about that.

I hate to say it, but it would be extremely difficult to make $25,000 USD through CPM alone if your audience is mainly from India. You'd need to be getting millions of views per video and releasing at least a half a dozen videos per month. Even then, I think it would be hard to reach that goal.
