I have an LLC and rented an agency google ads account and the account need to be verified for business operations so they asked me for my LLC information and my identity to verify the account is it normal or they should be verifying it on their own with their information

They should be verifying it.
Is it safe to send them my company document and my passport for ID verification , i guess they tried to do it themselves but they told me that it failed because the company is in my name

Agency accounts are verified. When you rent an agency account from someone then it will be verified by default with their agency name and details.

It is normal mate. You need to fulfill those requirements to get it running.

You should see like this if you have a rented account.

they should do it

Of course you should ask them for verification. That's what you paid for.

You probably met an unscrupulous provider of agency accounts. High-quality agency accounts do not require verification and have more trust in Google.

As an agent merchant, I can tell you clearly that the agent account has been verified and there is no need to verify it again. What you purchased should not be a real agent account.

Strange... You shouldn't exist for Google at all... It looks like you rent a vrong account.., from wrong people.

Yes, it's normal they need to verify your LLC and identity to confirm you're running a legitimate business, even if you rented the account.

It's normal for Google to ask for your LLC and identity info to verify the account.
