How to get visa payment gateway

I don't think any payment gateway provide this service
A payment processing agency could help you on this.....
 
Try BitPay, It supports Visa transactions and allows businesses to accept crypto payments, offering conversion options.
 
you can do this manually using paypal business then withdraw to revolut or wise and buy crypto with them

i need it anonymously cant use bank accs or fake unstable accounts, ill message you im interested in paypal rent also .

yes there is i know multiple only problem is that they do it manually u need to submit card info they charge card u receive crypto
similar to peer to peer exchange u cant embed that on website.

The best would be to in this case to work with payment processing rental agency as they can payout you in crypto
 
You can add "On-Ramp Widget" or "Pay on Ramp Widget" on your website, where people can pay with credit card and you receive cryptocurrency.

For example look at this: https://paybis.com/crypto-widget/

Simply choose a cryptocurrency, enter your crypto address and the USD amount, then click the SHARE button to generate a link. You can share this link with your customers, and they can pay with a credit card without needing your crypto address, as it’s already pre-entered.

To set up a payment gateway that can handle donations and payments in cryptocurrency, you must Review Policies, Cryptocurrency-enabled Payment Processors, Legal and Compliance Considerations
 
You could check out services like Stripe or BitPay, they offer Visa payments and can convert to crypto. Not sure about PayPal and crypto together, though. Worth looking into
