Please I have a question, how can I create this type of images that show weight loss, what muscle is targeted and more.

I have searched YouTube but couldn't find any answer, perhaps I'm using the wrong keywords.

What tool is needed? Where can I find a tutorial on this. What's is it called?

U can use the Liquify tool on Photoshop to reduce the size.

As for tool, use Inkscape 1.3 (make sure it is not below that version. Old inkscape was pretty crappy). As for generating the images, I don't know of a shortcut to be honest. But what I do is I take a real image, keep it in the background and then use the bezier tool to draw portions of the image, layer by layer. Then I fill the background with proper colors, and then add highlights and shadows as separate layers (those are colors too... just a bit darker or lighter depending on if it is a highlight or a shadow). This is easier said than done though. You will need some practice to do this right.

Unless you are still in school or your company have licenses of the Adobe Creative Suite you can't have Adobe AI.

Now to do the artwork, you actually have to draw it, literally, if you don't know how to, you have to either find someone who does or learn to use AI properly.
