Yes, I noticed the "Write for Us" section in the menu bar. It seems they publish content directly from the root domain, such as www.domain.com/article1.html.

These are good, easy to spot examples of link farms,
They're basically using EMDs, targetting easy keywords, spam/crap link profile & linking to a ton of spammy websites/pages,

For them, it's just a churn & burn project, rank for a while with a ton of spam,
Get as many clients as possible, then let go of the website(s) & repeat,

For you, that will probably won't get you any decent results,
It's a red flag for your website and could get you penalized, especially if you're using a new domain/website
