Hello! You should be able to do that. Universal card is required for making such actions. Reach out our support and they will advise you further regarding it.

Stay away from these losers. Due to their scams, my ad account has been disabled, and they don’t seem to have any clear solution for fixing the issue. Last month, they removed my card without any notification, and now I'm unable to process payments with my new card. You will lose your business if you work with these scammers

Hello! We are working on settling the solution . Please look at your screenshot - it shows "bank refusal" as the reason (kindly reminder there is no fee for that). We keep in touch with the bank to get updates as soon as possible.
