youtube will recommend your next videos for those accounts and subs
and they won't watch your videos again
this will send a bad message for youtube and impact negatively your CTR

How to get likes and gain subscribers quick?
do you know of methods that people are using to bypass copyright for tv shows/movies? obvi there is the zoom etc tricks, but
people are uploading brand new episodes no cuts no edits, they add some random minecraft non-copyrighted video at the end, idk if that is related. but do you know the method they are using?you can message me if you want to keep it on the DL lol

This does not make sense. There is no exact math for it. There are people doing that with 5 videos. Or with 500 videos. Likes are a secondary metric, it does not matter so much anymore. Subscribers? Totally random number, impossible to say, there are channels with 30k subscribers doing that, while channels with 1M subscribers don't do that per month. If you just want money, focus on high paid niches and Tier 1 countries

Create videos in English, everything in English (description, title, thumbnail, etc).
Also, try to use some hashtags that possibly are related to the US
