Very difficult. Tiktok's community standards are very strict and ads are easily beaten.

TikTok has specific policies regarding gambling-related content. Promotions for online gambling, including betting picks or gambling services, may be prohibited or heavily restricted.

As far as I know, gambling is a banned product on all media platforms. But being banned does not mean that you cannot run ads. Prepare a few accounts to avoid them being blocked then try many times to see the results.

Yeah, actually, depending on how you look at TikTok and how you position content on that platform, you can pretty much promote anything.
The way to promote gambling is not to promote actual online casinos or sports betting books or any direct gambling links through your profile links.
That's a non-starter.
The approach that I'm seeing involves personal stories.
These are testimonials of people who use a certain gambling strategy or some sort of method to make money through betting.
It includes sports or blackjack and other popular card games.
You have to know the fine line though.
It has to be presented in such a way that you are just sharing information and getting people excited about one form of gambling over other forms or excited about making "easy money" (we all know this isn't the case) with gambling.
There is a certain appeal to that and there are people who want to step their game up, especially when it comes to poker.
The first thing that comes to mind are clips of players from the famous World Series of Poker.
And then you can do voiceover, analyze their techniques, and then just break it all down.
You probably won't get into any copyright problems with this approach because you're adding commentary.
You're not just running the clip unedited and trying to make money off it.
That's not what you're doing.
Instead, you're breaking it down, maybe strategy by strategy, and then giving the World Series of Poker a little bit of a shout-out, because the more you spread their brand, the stronger they get.
But just as importantly, you insulate yourself from any kind of copyright issues.

Some do it alone, some do it in teams, there are also special software for flooding accounts.
Usually they spam accounts.

fast track way to a ban
That's definitely not okay. TikTok prohibits gambling ads and sensitive content because their audience includes a lot of different demographics, including children.

It is still possible but you have to prepare many accounts to have continuous account replacement when the account is disabled
