did OPENAI and Claude stop giving out trials for the api?

As I know they still provide the 5$ trial balance but it’s much harder then it was a time ago

would you mean as in verification or qualification
*(qualification as in they only give it for certain accounts later on whereas verification as in most ips arent whitlisted)

For instance, I was able to claim some before the closure
