If the name “Sarah de Carlo” appears prominently in your content, Google might be using that as a title. Make sure your content reflects your brand or website name appropriately.

Nope, I checked my text, my code with inspection tool. This name didn't appear. Only on Google search appear

ah ok If other websites link to your content using that name, Google may pull it from those links instead of your site directly.

bad metadata or some old author name being pulled from a template. Check the source code of your pages and make sure there's no mention of "Sarah de Carlo" in your meta tags or schema data.

No mentions. I already checked with inspection tool.
I don't know where Google find this name.

It sounds ridiculous but have you updated your SSL Certificate?

I have the ssl certificate from my hosting, I generated with auto SSL from cpanel.
And also I'm using cloudflare that force HTTPS

Google started to index my posts slowly, but all posts have this name LOL.
I tried to renew again my SSL and checked my theme + inspection the page posts, but I can't find this name. No error and no message in GSC
What can I do? I don't think it's a big problem.. but I want to resolve it!

If it is an expired domain, check who owned the domain and the old name might still cached I think. If it is a newly registered domain, it might be a Google temporary issue. You can wait for some time.

Its new domain registered 2 weeks ago.
I checked, the index continue increasing and some page now show the correct name.

I think you have bought an expired domain and Sarah de Carlo used to be the name of the site.
