Need someone to make me websites. Hopefully Weekly!

Hey everyone i am looking for someone who is able to create me social bookmarking websites such as the ones below.

www(dot)labeltagz(dot)com
www(dot)peaksocial(dot)com
www(dot)publishednews(dot)com

As you can see they are fairly crappy and VERY simple. I am looking for someone who can make these up pretty quickly, shouldn't take an experienced worker in this field more then a few hours to make. I want to create one of these per week to start with.

Not looking to spend much hence outsourcing this work. Would prefer if person doing work is from Philippines or India.

If you can make a website like the ones above please PM me. I will do a paid trial. If i like your work after the first site i will hire you to make more definitely.

I do require the website to have a simple admin interface easy for anyone to use. (Pligg maybey?) Anyways thanks guys if interested let me know but PLEASE POST FIRST

Just to let people know, i will be looking to create other websites in the near future and i am aiming at 4 a week.

Also NOTE any plug-ins used on the sites must be free for anyone to use.

Pointless comment im not looking for an over the top website. And i mean after making the first initial website the rest will take very quick to make because its simply rinse and repeat.
