I haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if has already been mentioned but I know that google, youtube n' all that are using Flash cookies, also called LSOs. Better Privacy addon for FF automatically deletes them.

doing something like this would probably be illegal anyway. there are a lot of factors to consider while making those google accounts, sometimes they'll SMS you just because you create the account a bit too fast or too slow, their spam filters are pretty screwed up...

And yes several time i was asked about varifying through phone...
But i escaped it through changing mac address..
