There's basically a person linking my site with their telegram and saying its a pbn site. My question is will this affect my serp ranking? Someone also put my site into a 'increase domain rating' website which I didn't take part of.

For the 'increase domain rating', if they’re building bad backlinks, it might hurt down the line.

I'd keep an eye on your ranking and check your backlinks regularly.

You can disavow bad links if needed.

telegram is not PBN. And the links should not affect you theoretically, as google ignores a lot of spammy links nowadays

Their website is a pbn with the anchor text of their telegram and advertising itself as a PBN website

the telegram anchor text is weird. Not necessarily spammy, just weird, it's the first time I'm seeing this.

But when you click on the anchor text it takes you STRAIGHT to their PBN instead of first redirecting to another website, right?

Correct, the whole page is basically him advertising his PBN with telegram anchor texts. I think other people get hit also. I think it's interesting way to advertise your PBN but I hope it doesn't harm me

to be honest I don't know what to say as I've never encountered this before. I guess we have to wait and see... And if it's not a big problem for you hopefully you can let us know the results
