You might be shadowbanned.

You might also look at your past posting history.

Also, if your posting history is clean and you're using a new account, pay attention to your IP.

Maybe you have posted reviews before on Google Maps and you have been flagged somehow.

There are just so many different variables that go into why your comments are not appearing on Google Maps.

If nothing still works, try outsourcing your comments to people located near the places on Google Maps that you are trying to comment on or promote.
