This is the problem. They don't accept spam. And it's probably the main reason to not work there.
It's a lot of content creation automation required.
It's a costly project.
Personally I learned Google Ads in the meantime and don't feel like creating content for money.
It's a tedious job to create 100k videos. If you can create 10 videos and promote them with Google Ads, it's a lot less steps.
Content itself is the most time consuming thing. If you can find a way to not depend on unique content, it's a way to go.
From business perspective, all ventures that heavily depend on content will have bottlenecks related to content.
Also most platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook limit heavily how much content you can publish.

TikTok isn't very explicit about it, but they require a ton of unique content / infrastructure.
There's a strong reason to create a social media platform and get people to work for you on content instead of creating content.
It's a super infrastructure heavy thing to create as much content as 1 billion people would do.
So it's a double reason to do something else.
The point is to make everyone think it's all free, but no, it's not.
If you think about it, they're banking hard on outsourcing content creation to users.
There's nothing free in this.
In fact, the cost of video creation is way higher than cost of ads or even text / copywriting in SEO.
I see it only to make sense if you're able to boost your channels with external views.
If you don't have external views, f**k video platforms. It's too "hard" (uneven fight) if you don't have resources.
