A blocked card cannot be restored.

Are you waiting for a refund too?
I know that if my Google account is suspended and I delete my account, a refund will be issued to the card used.
However, EPN has not refunded my account balance of 2000 to 2500 euros for over 4 months. The number of accounts is 5.
