I feel so sick today from this. I had a 30 second video clip from a news cast about somthing. 7000+ hits in less then 16 hours. Front page of reddit over 30+ comments and had tons of awards. It was taken off today because of copyright.

What could i have done to stop its from being removed? Fair use? Or disclose all rights to the owner?

Also i only had 5 clicks on my cpa link from the video and no converts? Anybody know why?

Reddit traffic doesn't convert well for CPA. They know what you're up to.

If the 30 second clip was all by itself without other content from you, you're violating copyright. If you really want to have a fair use claim, the material you copy from elsewhere must not make up "the substantial body of the resulting work." There's no "30 second exemption" or anything like that.

You can't steal someone's content and then expect to get away with it. What's with people complaining? You steal content, you get more than you should out of it and then when it comes to an end you complain?

Seriously.

Great they removed another video with over 500+ views and counting. This is bullshit how come i see this same video all over youtube with hundred thousand views but when i have it they come after my ass.

Youtube is fucked up raywilliamjohnson can use whatever the hell he wants but when i do it they come after me.

These videos would have gotten me long lasting traffic for months now i cant do anything because the youtube nazi's dont like it.

They how about they ban MoxNews? They have the same clip up as i did. Or the other 30 spammers who have that video up.

Here is a perfect example of what im talking about

I saw this guy on reddit right as he posted this video up and it got alot of views.

Everyone of those clips are not his, infact they are all owned by other people. 200k views later nobody is looking at him.

Do you know who they are? Do you know if they have permission?

You don't.

For all we know it could be the news channels themselves. You just don't know.

Stop complaining. People who don't have permission to use others content on youtube will have their video removed. SIMPLE. The ones that do, their videos dont get removed.

The video gets taken down if the people who own the content are bothered.

Its easy to sit up on your high horse and judge other people huh?

I know for a fact mox news doesnt get permission because he just relesead a video saying he doesnt and after 1000+ uploaded videos he got his first complaint.

How do these people get permission? they uploaded the video 10 minutes after it goes on youtube. So tell me how in 10 minutes do they get the rights to use the video. Because they dont and you know it.

Dont pretend like these people get premission because we know they dont. Thats like seeing a person walking down a dark alley looking around who smells like beer. We dont have proof he is up to somthing but from any educated guess there is a 99% chance that person is doing some illegal.

I was watching Cops last night and this lady saw the police and threw some stuff into the bushes. The cops were not out looking for her they were doing a patrol. She was talking slow and she smelled like beer. Now she told the officer that nothing was going on. They gave her a breathlizer test and she was over the limit. Check the bushes they found crack, and then search her car and found an illegal gun.

Woah calm down.

And how do you know for sure he doesn't have permission?

Don't reply with the crap "We both know...", bullshit.

Like i said before its up to the people to claim copyright infringement if they want to. on who they want to and when they want to.

stop crying because your video got deleted.

We both know is the truth you just wont admit it because you dont want to agree with my point that youtube sets a double standard.

Viacom got caught puting video from youtube on spike.com

Of course your saying stop crying, your doing fine with your cheating youtube tools to inflate views. If your video gets removed you just start up your robot to increase the views on your new video.

Im pretty sure they can get away with it under fair use if it news. Youtube deletes whatever they want tho, so some people get screwed sometimes, but they usually dont mess with channels like moxnews (some channels they do though).

I would have probably made some good money after that video went viral. Im look at the views when it was removed and it was over 10k.

This totaly fucked up my day, sure i have clients on DP messaging me intrested in buying content from me but this was the one thing i was looking foward to make money with.

I thought about selling links on the video, or cpa offers. It was on the front page of reddit to :(

Im trying to figure a way to cheer myself up but this isnt somthing im going to shake off easy. I feel worse then i did when i got my facebook account baned when it had 1000 friends and i got 20-30 clicks per update.

Dude. You don't own copyright to those videos. It's like saying that cops are assholes cause they busted you driving while drunk.

Make your own content. Make it go viral. Youtube won't remove that. If you do blackhat, don't complain when your shit gets pulled.

Well first off im not a youtuber. I might one day in the future do some youtube videos of my own but not until that day this is the only option. Personaly i dont see a problem with what im doing. Moxnews doesnt own it but gets a pass which is messed up. But the only people who had a claim to that video was msnbc.

Last time i checked promoting your videos on youtube for free and getting now 14k+ views would helped them gain some new viewers.

YouTube doesn't play fair and they certainly give a little more leeway to the major players who are earning the most money for their site and keeping it running and profiting. However, when it comes to copyright, if the owners get mad then even the big names in youtube get their videos removed.

Many times it isn't the copyright owner but your competition who will flag you so that may be why your videos are getting pulled while others with the exact same content are left alone.

Stop posting other people videos Asshole!
It one thing to ask a question, but stop being a crybaby and posting other people shit.

shutup man your annoying.... really?

for being a junior member you talk like a noob

Like so many people have said before, YouTube is a numbers game.

You upload a bunch of videos and most of them will get deleted within the next 3 weeks no matter what kind of guidelines you follow, if its copyrighted and it has a link to a CPA offer or something you can count on it.

There's no easy road to success, you must find out what successful YT "markers" are doing and put your own spin into things, then test test test until you find a winning combination/formula, then scale, outsource everything and so forth.
