Do I need only one proxy and what type of proxy ?​

best of all are Residential VPNS on real users devices. with UDP protocol support (http/3 QUIC Protocol)
none of socks5 that are selling there supports it. you will be easily detected as proxy user (if you using it in browser).

Yes, for SM it's almost always better to use 4G mobile, the only upside to residential is lower cost. 4G proxies use mobile network IP and they are dynamically assigned by the carrier so you can change IP frequently and IP's don't get flagged/blocked as they're associated with real users.

Static residential are well.. static as in they don't change overtime unless you do it manually and they are usually belonging to an ISP. As their pool is limited, it's a lot more likely that the IP is already flagged/blacklisted/blocked by services etc. if previous users have done something shady from them.
