It would be hard to say because it depends on what categories that we niche your site to, so it will vary from campaign to campaign. However, the worldwide traffic will be mainly a mix of countries from around the world and less from the US.

This is very unprofessional. I ordered US 10,000 traffic package for $20 and my account got setup on 28 May. Since last 4 days, I've got only 71 visitors and In fact since 23 hours less than 10.
I politely ask them to refund as this really not good going and this is how they have replied. Its completely unprofessional.

"What do you mean you don't have any information regarding traffic?

That is the speed that our US traffic travels at. There isn't anything that
we can do about it. Moreover, once we set up a campaign, we can't take the
remaining traffic back, so it is as lost to us as it would be if the
campaign fully delivered. We can offer a partial refund of $10".

You did mention that you were aware that the US traffic would deliver slowly over time and that information is contained in our thread. We can't give a full refund if you changed your mind about waiting for it to deliver.

Yes, I knew from your earlier posts that it is going to be slow but its extremely slow. its pathetic. you say 25 hits per day but you are not even close to 75 in four days. you can't even give visitors ip address so that i can verify it is indeed coming from US only. You are so unprofessional.

See, I don't want to ruin your business. give me full refund and close this issue, else I will open paypal dispute with negative itrader here as well. If you want to drag it then its your decision but I won't leave unless you I get my money back I am giving you 1 day to think about it.

We say around 25 hits per day, and you are around that number, your campaign has been running for only three full days. We don't have the IPs of the browsers, that isn't information we would ever have, no customer has ever had complained that we couldn't provide this information. We don't advertise that we provide this information so I'm not sure that should play a factor in your request for a refund.

We have about 25 pages of positive feedback about our service and customer interaction so I doubt our professionalism is in question here. This service costs us money to send out as well and in this particular situation when you knew that the US traffic would run slowly we just aren't sure that we should bear the full weight of those costs. I have offered a $10 refund which you don't want to accept. That is your choice.

Yes we can send the traffic to squidoo. We can target the US only, the price is $20 for 10k and the campaigns typically deliver around 25 hits per day.

I had a slight "hiccup" and Ghazz sorted it out very quickly so rather than just charging ahead why not just work on something?

I understand mate but he was very rude in emails. I don't know who replied in emails but since posting the issue here, they have totally changed the mood of writing. If I had not charge ahead he could have not replied and that is why I thought to make a post here. A professional could have immediately refunded money but I know he won't because he is not professional. I will surely open dispute with negative itrader if he do not refund money in next 12 hours. I won't post any more comments here.
