Is much harder now to do it many subreddits dont accept new accounts to post to make karma so how you are suppose to grow an account if you can't post?

you have to build karma in other places first, theres subreddits that allow comments from 0 karma accs for example

If you want to go for a bot, you should build it yourself or hire someone to build it for you.
I wouldn't recommend that in general, it's much safer to hire a VA and teach them everything than to use a bot because 90% of the time the accounts are always banned by reddit after a while.

This is a valid point, though it depends on the bot implementation. A more advanced one that can evade bans would not be cheap, and also it might not be public but available in smaller private circles. Just my opinion. Not that I know of any so I can't give any info.

we've used bot for couple of years, recently it's not working. even if we add any account with bot it's also getting shadow ban and comments/votes getting disappear.

Yeah, Reddit ban the account if automation is done incorrectly or Reddit APIs are used. I figured out a way to evade the ban, can't disclose it publicly.

True. I had at least 50% of accounts banned and got flag as bot. You have to set things right so the comment is as human as possible.

This is true. Unless you know how to fix the bot if it breaks. It will break and need updates all the time

I'm building a slightly different tool that isn't a bot but serves the same purpose, it uses artificial intelligence to find high value conversations in real time, you could easily get a lot of karma by filtering reddit posts containing a question or area you know very well and then you could actually help people, by doing this you'll earn more karma than any other tactic.
When VAs are $3 an hour, which is cheaper than what some people pay for a proxy or vps, I think the future of this is manually posting on very specific real time new threads that you can filter with artificial intelligence, I know it's possible because I'm coding it right now and it's pretty amazing.
