disavow backlinks

I encountered suspicious backlinks on my website. Hence, I removed them (all that were mine) and the remaining I added to the list of disavow links.
Fortunately, my website got re-crawled on 14th September. How long will it take for the disavow list to reflect for my website?

Easily 3 - 4 months' time you have to wait now. Patience is the key with Google.

OP, I've tried disavow before and never seen any difference so I stopped wasting my time there... we all get shitty links.
