Automating followups with Facebook messenger users

I have maybe 20k people who've messaged my business on Facebook at some point over the last decade.

Every couple of months, I send a followup message to every single person in my inbox using a convoluted Keyboard Maestro script running on a Mac virtual machine.

It's a very slow and painful process that needs a lot of babysitting and constant restarting

Does anyone have a more reliable and repeatable process or script I could use to achieve the same end?

I would also be interested in anything available for Instagram
