In short, search monetization is a term used to make money by sending traffic (sometimes bots) to search engines and start showing ads to that traffic. You can use well-known search monetization platforms like Media.net, CodeFuel or RevenueHits to start making moeny from ads.
In other hand, arbitage is when you buy traffic at low price and sell it at a higher price for a profit. For example you but cheap traffic from Google and send it to a monetized page with ads and affiliate offers.
Media buying is another story. In simple words, it's renting of ad space in certain web pages, apps or networks to promote products of other people. As an affilaite you join networks like MaxBounty or Zeydoo to get affiliate links the rent ad space from networks like Adsterra or Propellerads to show you affiliate links. Media buying is the art of sending the right traffic to the right product/service and when you find this combination, you can make a bank!

or just leave a mail for them through their website and do a simple introduction to your business and potential, if they are interested, they will start a interview with you
