Did justanotherpanel changed his owner? It's turning into a very bad panel

working and trusted JAP for 8 years now, spent close to 20 000$, and since a year it's become the worst panel

80% of their services are not working, they don't allow me to test few services before reselling, they ask me to pay each services I want to test, so I test and most of services I test are just not working, and then they don't want to cancel the orders, even the order with Auto Refill xx days are not refilled and not refunded

The support on whatsapp troll me each time I send list of order cause "lmao it's few cents and you are crying to get the money?", it's very unprofessional
Please I really need a replacement for my websites. I lost half of my customers in a year cause all their orders are turning into "completed" without a single view/like added and I have to waste time again and again on support to hoping getting a refund.

Even when I report service which are not working at all, the service is never disabled and still online a months after, why are they acting like that?
Please explain me how they turned into the best website to this scammy panel, I don't understand,

I discovered them on BHW indeed

Sometime I have to waste 30 days and create 5 tickets as they close them telling "order refilled" when nothing is refilled, and they having fun cause it's 0.10$ order or even 1-2$, as if it was ok to scam my customers only cause their order are small quantity

They have been banned here for years. There's nothing you can do in that regard.

Leave them. Always faced issues with them as well. Tickets were created for refill and the refill was never initiated despite being told otherwise. I experienced at least 100 cases with them where they did not fulfill their services. They were banned on this forum due to a lot of customers complaining years ago... This panel and especially their support is the worst

I obviously have screenshots and much more shameful exchanges that I'm not posting and would only post in case they see this thread and decide to ban me or try to attack me in retaliation, but this thread is necessary to find a new supplier and I have tried to talk to them and find a solution for the orders that do not work, and they ignore me every time, and the rare times they respond to me, the conversation quickly becomes virulent and I am accused of abuse even though I have worked in the same way with them for 8 years.

If you are looking to resell and get lower prices (or similar to JAP) then you are out of luck pretty much.

One of the executive members here has their own panel you might want to check @Scorpion Ghost but you won't be getting such low prices.

I don't think they change their owner because I have some conversations with its owner and I have some small partnership with them, i don't know %100 but i think it doesn't matter if they change or not.
As I have a smm panel myself, in my opinion the important thing is not the ownership of it, it is because the social networks of updating theirselves and managing multiple accounts and continuously deliver orders is becoming difficult than ever. Also as probably you know most of panels are resellers and I don't think you find a better panel. You just have to change your strategy of how you use smm panel services

They probably have too many customers to handle their support tickets properly. cheap prices don't guarantee reliable services. in most cases, it might be the opposite so I won't get tempted to use them.

There are multiple vendors in the marketplace here - I believe that many of them are resellers but if you research you might find a nugget who has his own supply.
