VPN based views are allowed on Youtube but VPN based video ad views and youtube ads click are not allowed.
At the end of month youtube will must delete those views and ads views.
Every month I loss 5-8$ for the unauthorized users VPN based views and ad views.

Probably yes, but you would have to everything from you desktop, you wouldnt be able to use VPS for example

My main channels are in some sort of shadowbanni think, so I was hoping to create new account, just one, and access with dolphin via mobile hotspot. Hope that makes sense
