Where too look for VA work that doesn't pay something very low like 3-4$ per hour?
I'm not from the states so I don't expect like $15 or $20 per hour, we're talking about being a VA here after all, which includes repetitive tasks over and over (in most cases)

Upwork won't work, because even complicated VA jobs have 50+ offers within minutes, so there is no option to stand out. But these are all SFW jobs - so I was thinking I could start looking in NSFW area, maybe contacting agencies?

But I don't know where to look for. Here on BHW, I've managed to only find a few posts about VA, but these weren't any agencies offering jobs, or anything like that where I could just send a PM and be like "hey, looking to work for ya as a VA"

Onlyfans chatter would be fine, repetitive tasks would be fine, I have 2-3y ecom experience as well (this is not a job-ask post btw), just giving out information about what I could do for someone that maybe knows where I could go to/who I could contact with these skills.

Any tips are much appreciated!

Since you have e-commerce experience, try joining Shopify, Amazon FBA, Etsy, or other related groups on Facebook and Reddit.
Then, post there, explain in detail what you can do and what you know.

Maybe someone is looking for someone like you.

There are so many e commerce websites where you can give your services as VA
Such as
Amazon
Shopify
Etsy
I know there are.
The question is not what to offer, but to find employers/agencies.

I tried this approach before and the results were:

1. Serious people wanted CV. If you weren't hired before for at least 6 months at similar position = get recked. So no different from looking for job position online and applying with CV.
2. Shady people who wanted me to run ads based on 0$ salary and % from profits + having super small budgets of $100 or $200 and wanted me to make a jackpot out of this.
3. There are quite a lot job-looking posts - and a lot of popular subreddits who are forbidding that kind of posts too. There are subreddits for microjobs, but those are usually one-time thing - or very low paying like my 3-4$ mentioned.
4. Other people are commenting on your posts that "they are looking for a job too" and listing a list of skills longer than yours, which makes them hijack your possible employers
