Youtube Spam?

Every Time I start posting videos to a new youtube account I end up getting this email in my youtube control panel.

Anyone have any idea what kind of software or service they're using to send out these messages?

I think someone is doing marketing for their service i dont think its a spam message from youtube

I know it's not from youtube.. and I understand it's marketing for the company.. my question was.. is anyone else getting these messages and if so, do they know the company or software that is being used to send these spam messages to peoples accounts...

they get all new videos and then just send to the uploaders their msg ...
simple

Not only this one...similar ones with the same "offer".

Sometimes these bots are pretty fast.
Even before my bot has finished uploading the 1st vid, there's already a message in my inbox.
