GEO about google agency account

I'm going to rent Google Agency account from BHW Seller to do a Grayhat ad, maybe because the GEO I'm targeting and the GEO of the account are different, the ad is not exposed and my campaign has been under review for a day.

If my target GEO is an Asian country, would it be possible to expose ads faster if I rent an agency account from an Asian country?

And would it be better to warm up agency accounts with 100% white campaign? Please give me a lot of feedback. thanks

As per my experience no it does not affect if you account origin country and targeted counry are different.

Yes it will be best if you warm up your account with 100% white campaign.

Of course it is, you have to understand that everything is evaluated by Google's algorithm. So, apart from very rare cases, businesses located in Italy, for example, will use an Italian agency to manage their campaigns. So yes, you absolutely need a GEO agency account that matches the GEO of the place where you want to advertise. Otherwise there's an even greater chance of skipping. The agency accounts that people take over from Hong Kong, Nigeria etc. without asking any questions, cause more problems than anything else and are not long-term solutions in the majority of cases, so you need to check with your account provider.

bro you can overthink 1000 possibilities of suspensions in this way. If your running genuine campaings then dont worry about all these Be Bold and walk on the bleeding edge.
But if you are running grey or blackhat ads, then your end desitiny is circumventing suspension.

I'm agree with @sam.hunt0710, for my experience account origin country doesn't matter, but proper warm up with white campaign is very crucial, or you might face ads freezing or throttling down, or maybe not a single click and impression, then account got suspended.

You might find some clues about this thing by hovering on keywords status. hope this info benefit you.

Google has become like the lottery. Sometimes you can warm up, follow and tread lightly and get suspended. Sometimes you can create email, launch campaign and it will run within a day, full steam ahead. Sometimes the proxy work sometimes it doesnt, or you can use different email, same laptop with same IP and it works... One things for sure, you just gotta play around and try, there is no longer a solid science to it, especially over the past 3 months, its just trial and error and the luck of the draw, and if you go live and kicking full steam for a week or two +, consider that well done.
