1. How is the weather during autumn and winter months there/would you recommend spending the winter on Malta?
2. Are there apartments on a medium term monthly rent available (for example only for the winter months) and what is the pricing for a "good" apartment with sea view (furnished)?
3. How would you rate the safety on Malta on a range from 1-10 (10 being Dubai and 1 you cannot walk on the street with without getting harrased/robbed)

1. It's just cold and cloudy most of the time no snow nothing just clouds and rain kind of boring to come in the winter but then if you come in the summer it is to over populated and prices in summer sky rocket to the roof
2. Apartments on a medium term monthly rent there but not with a sea view just in the middle of the town if your lucky and they are super expensive so first I would check on google type apartments in Malta rent they are mosy of the time furnished

3. I would give it a 6-7 Because if you are looking *sexy* you just have to be careful always understand your surroundings

1. It's because our government are more lost then a chicken and make very dumb and bad dissentions for the locals that live there and great for the foreigners
2. This question is 50/50 Because its great for some things the people do to help out and then there are the immigrants and the Arabs those are the main problem of the place

Yes Because there is nothing to do in the winter maybe for Christmas its nice but then the rest of winter is boring

Afaik you can bring down corporate tax with malta LLCs down to 5% - for that you need 2 LLCs while one is acting a a holding company and the other one is the trading/fiscal company. The trading/fiscal company has to pay the 30% corporate tax and the holding company can then later get a tax refund of 25% (or something along those lines)
