Which do you think is more important, cloaking or googleAds account?

I'm trying various things for my Google Ads, but which do you think is more important between the two?

Or do you think everything needs to align perfectly - cloaking, account, RDP, VCC, browser, and all that?

I can only tell you that the account is not the most important

It is not because of the account at present, Google's rules are like this at present

If you have the same settings, the same advertising account may survive 1-2 out of 10 accounts

Cloaking and Account are both very importing. Also warming the account up with a white campaign is a must before starting your BH camp or adding any black KWs.

Yeah, in the end, all the cards I got were suspended and I'm not working on ADs right now.

I've never used them.
it seems agency accounts are the most efficient,but I couldn't find a reliable seller.
