Never heard of Flippium.com.

In my opinion, find sites which are generating a few bucks, and have traffic. Preferably SEO traffic.

Work on them or hire someone to work, to increase revenue and traffic, until you see an up-trend in Google Analytics and Revenue. Then sell!

Yes. EmpireFlippers.com - they usually sell websites at a higher multiple, than other marketplace or brokers.

Note: if your out of ideas, go on Flippa - find a Super Seller and copy his work/style. Meaning you can see what he sold before, what's on for sale currently on his profile - then find a website within that niche, buy, improve and sell it.
