Hey Guys,

I have acess to a partner portal where the products of my client are featured on. The site has a SEMrush Authority of 82. I can add the product descriptions myself, but the website does not have a feature to include links. Only plain text. How can I smuggle a Backlink in there. May it work to put the Backlink in via a HTML-Editor and then copy and paste the plain text onto the Website. Would the Backlink be hidden or automaticly erased. Do you guys have a idea on how I can pull this off?
Thank you Guys :)

Set up a test product and try different variations of html and popular cms code like bbcode or markdown in the product description. If any of them stick and create a valid link, you can then see if you can add styling to the code to make them 'hidden'. But this could ultimately damage your relationship with your client - if they're already paying you well, why would you risk it for a few hidden links?

Thanks you :)I am not doing anything behind my clients back. My client has his own website but the product are also listed on websites of big and well known websites. I want to gain the backlink for my clients owen site.

You could just mention the brand name of your client in a sentence that answers a common niche question.
Since I work in whitehat SAAS, it's what I do. This practice has greatly increased our brand searches.

Sometimes it's not about a backlink, but a consistence presence and "citations". Other then that, you could try doing a backlink without an anchor <a href:" your url"></a>. I have discovered that it's a backlink that still counts, yet your text will visibly not show any clickable space or word, which may bypass the manual review.
