Getting blocked every time trying to create a U.s X account, what did I do wrong??

Hello forum,
I tried to create an American X account using anti detecte browser(dolphin-anty specifically) and I also used a 0 fraud proxy . I thought I did everything correctly, but I got surprised by this message in the end.

It's a new one I've just created it 5min before registrating

Start again with new browser fingerprint, new email and test with 4g proxy as recommended by @proxygo

Use multilogin and a mobile 4g proxy. There are plenty of them in the BHW service section.

After successfully Creating the account, can I use it without proxy(using my real Ip and coutry) or I'll get banned?
