I refuse to believe that you can't come around registering or offering an app everywhere under fake identity.
This denies every possible attack on you, which is a sign of relief to start with.
You need to be a giant to face mentioned problems, and by disabling clickable links, adding layers when registering, even asking for ID (just to make it harder), filtering accounts with bad names, no enough data such few images and bio.
Adult images, CPA offers, everything can be easily filtered.
But do you really want to do it? For example Instagram doesn't give a shit.
You can even abuse your own app and make bunch of cash just by simulating fake account and clickable cpa offer for example.
Send it to all users and later ban account. You are the boss in your backyard. Hey, no problem man.
