No, only Super Moderators that are not staff members (not paid mods) can sell.

If you're a moderator here, you can't sell here. You're allowed to have a signature space, though. The idea of being a moderator is not to gain financially but to help out the community.

You can be a Jr VIP and a mod at the same time, but you're giving up the option to sell. All mods (that are not staff) are currently Jr. VIPs.

This is no longer the case. No staff member can sell to the forum. A staff member would have to accept a demotion in order to open a sales thread or sell.
Being a staff member is responsibility and is a way to give back to the forum. It's a great team to be a part of.
