As far as I can tell, nothing. Reviews are dropping faster than flies exposed to cyanide.

I have been in the review game for two years. When I say "been," I mean I researched and worked in it 24/7 for two years straight. I experienced ups and downs, but in the end, I decided to stop. There is a major misconception that people need to understand:

Accounts need to be kept active. This gets expensive because you need proxies for every account so they can search the web and watch YouTube.
No review seller is doing this. They may manage to post a review on Google with an aged account that was previously used by a real person, but the account is not kept alive. Most sellers offer a 30-day drop guarantee, so with a bit of luck, the reviews might stay up for 30 days before being removed. They can post, but the account is not maintained. Google then has an easy job: they just check which accounts have been inactive for the last few weeks or days and delete the reviews. This isn’t just speculation—Google mentioned this themselves in a blog post.
After reviews on Google Maps are posted, our
systems go back and check them at regular intervals to ensure they abide by our policies and
to watch for questionable patterns. These regular checks take into account any new signal or
information that indicates that a review is fake and misleading.

Goto job related online community pages like facebook groups.
Then make a job advertisement with very basic qualifications.
Set the job location to your gmb locality.
Must to add this line:
You should have knowledge how to use mobile, computer, internet, WhatsApp, & browse website.
You can also go through other posts and read the comments where you can spot some desperate people for job.
You can continue with preffered way of communication to run incentivized review campaign.
Another method is by doing WhatsApp and sms blast easy job advertisement then take them to your telegram channel.
Use telegram bot api to automate the process if needed.
Run your campaign.
These reviews mostly stick.
There are many other ways you can do this with different age groups as almost everyone has a smartphone with Google account now.
The only drawback of these methods is reqires a lot of work if you're not a programmer.
