I can't seem to find peace, even when things are okay.

I am always on a edge, always looking to do more and even when I distract myself, I am still thinking of improving things, focusing my weaknesses and etc.

I can be thinking about 3-4 topics all together, analyzing and working on different stuff) I don't seem to have option to turn off, and chill

I just want to enjoy life) like most of the people do, instead I keep pushing myself, relentlessly and I don't even know why.

Can this be fixed or how is there a way to balance this?

You got to be like the japanese body builder I was reading about earlier, and for the past 15 years, he's only slept 30 mins a night, after training himself from a young age.

Definitely tempting! lol then you could work even harder, and play even longer! lol

Do you want to be like 'most of the people'? Most of the people are broke, unhappy, and don't ever reach their potential. The traits you describe are associated with successful people so be happy about that.
What difference does it make if someone is rich and miserable or he's poor and miserable?

I don't think this is an economic issues, rather, I see it as psychological issues.

Dude is slowly sliding into depression because he's neglecting a healthy social interactions.

what you gotta do is just fuck everything and go 1 week of vacation

Take a brief break and volunteer for some community service if you can. Going on vacation could be counterproductive as your thoughts would keep drifting to work.

You got to take a break from what you're doing, and mix it up.

All I’m saying is OP should try and embrace the way his brain is wired rather than wish to be something else. Being an overthinker who can’t sit still is far better than being the type of person who is comfortable doing nothing/smoking weed & watching Netflix every day

You can always do activities that help you relax and feel good as an overthinker. There are other solutions as well like therapy. The situation can be worked on and eventually fixed

However if at your core you are a person who doesn’t give a shit, not ambitious, doesn’t think too much and is fine just cruising on autopilot without any concerns, that can’t be changed. most people who fall under this category are doomed to fail . So I think people should be careful when they say they wish they were like this.

information overload.
Have you tried jotting down all your ideas, use a notebook?
Sometimes, things just looks clearer when written down.
Also, writing things down stimulates your brain to think more deeply about it.
Which does result in understanding things just may not be so viable.

Overthinking isn't bad

Doesn't matter, everyone has their own way to cope with life. Some people work all day and spend their nights watching Netflix every day to wind down, it does not make them useless or bad.
At the same time, people who work hard for the first 10-15 years of their adult life and made a killing and retire early to do nothing but "Netflix" every day, doesn't make them bad either.
Your legacy is how you want it to be.

Makea schedule to work, make it like a real job and after certain time you forget about your job, I know is hard but remember this could affect your health and long term because is too much stress, you need to change scenery from time to tiime

Same problem, lol. Meditation is supposed to help with that, but I'm too pissed to sit down xD. If that's the case, can start with movement - dancing, martial arts - until you get calm enough to sit still.

No, it's all over. lol :P
jk

You don't have to consider it a race, if you want to enjoy and take some time off for yourself, do it by all means. All these new age online gurus just keep rambling hustle hustle hustle 24/7. That is not what humans are all about.
Take it slow before you burn out completely. Mental and physical health are equally important.

Dude, you need to get some rest, I've been in the same situation as you, I can't sleep all night, my mind is uncontrollably thinking about different things, they switch back and forth.

Drink something to help you sleep and get some sleep.
