Hi everyone, I'm writing an article about YouTube affiliate marketing and I'm using screenshots from YouTube video channels.

Can the author of the channel file a complaint against me if my article contains a screenshot from his video, which shows the author of the channel in the video, the title of the video and the name of the channel? I will also add links to these channels at every mention of them

Yeah, the author of the channel can potentially file a complaint if you're using their screenshots without permission, as it could be considered a copyright issue

using SS for commentary or review purposes may fall under fair use, but it's best to seek permission to avoid any issues. or you can mention his channel link/video link to your video description

You can use screenshot of any channel.
I believe there have no problem.
But do not add their links or do not mention them.
