Received a review copy of two articles/links
For the price of this service, I would recommend it based upon the DA's of the articles being 25 and 27 and both sites had very low spam scores. The articles were produced in good english on professional looking sites.
Neither article had indexed at the time of this review however they were only published earlier today so time will tell on that front.
Overall score factoring in price and quality of service: 8 out of 10

Each domain was well laid out. Worked well on the target link page, but also scrolling around checking through archives. Proper SEO structure was used H1, H2, featured image etc. I actually really love the design of link 2s blog.
Didn't see the links indexed yet, but no big deal. I am writing this immediately after receiving the copies.
Speed tests for both sites were similar and simply amazing:

I received 2 posts as a free review copy from seller. The domains look very well maintained and the metrics were very good for a pbn of such affordable price. Content was also well-written and relevant to the keyword. I recommend these PBN links especially considering the affordable pricing.
I ordered PBN links and got so really nice links. The DA ranged from DA 17 to 26. The I waited a little bit to get the links indexed but they were all done in good time. There was great communication from the seller and kept me updated with the links being indexed.
All had low spam scores and didn't seem find any issue with the links.
The content is good and links in with the keywords provided.
I would recommended.

First of all, PBN looks great with a well-written and niche relevant to the keyword.
The communicaction between seller and i were good, and i asked for a change and the seller was too kind to make the changes without any problem
