I’m also working on setting up a home gym and love the ideas shared here. One tip I’ve found useful is to prioritize multi-functional equipment—things like a resistance band set or adjustable dumbbells can save a lot of space while offering a variety of exercises.

I have one. .But to be honest, its of no use. You wont find motivation or encouragement as you do in professional gym.

Home gym is a scam.. I spent over $2k in this home gym set up, I dont use anything except treadmill..

What equipment do you have in your home gym besides a treadmill?

Mini home gym - aerofit home gym af 709
EFX Machine
2 seperate benches for bench press
2 x club bells
Dips bar + bench
Wall mounted pull up bar
Jump ropes and Crossfit rope
Dumbell sets x 7 (from 2.5kg to 20kg)

Would love to have some of that equipment in a home gym personally. You selling? :D

Building a small home gym is a great idea! You can get an effective setup with just the basics—dumbbells, a bench, and a pull-up bar. It’s all about consistency, not the size of the gym.

I use the X3 bar simply because I can get my workout done in 15mins.

Extremely hard work though but damn do you feel it in the PUMP you get ;).

I agree, and in general I feel way more from doing body weight exercises than machines, like dips, squats, pull ups and bicep curls. I'm wondering whether all those machines are marketing gimmicks or for lazy people since you just sit there instead of using your entire body.
