it's not that hard. You don't need to be an expert, start with selecting a niche for your blog and set up a blog on wordpress or blogger. I suggest using wordpress. Now find some relevant 20 at least keywords and create content on them. Maintain a frequency of publishing content, at this point you don't have to worry about the seo part just create good content and once your content starts indexing and some keywords starts showing on the search console then only start the seo part to improve the ranking. start link building once you publish at least 10 articles. there you go you have a brand new blog which starts performing.
