How to automatically turn off app's accessibility access after clicking close

I'm making an app related to accessibility, but now apps are not granting accessibility work in the background, so I'm looking for ways to turn it off automatically after the user clicks close.

To disable any app background activity you can either

a) deinstall the app and remove all data
b) put your device into "airplane mode"
c) patch the .ipa file (iPhones/iOS) or .apk file (Android devices) of this app

Please be aware that Android transfers way more sensitive device data than iOS.
