Have you ever been scammed?

If anyone remembers I made a post a couple months ago.

I was scammed out of $3,007 by my “client”. By telegram

At the time I thought I was coming to a big careless customer.

@Juhku @xReminisce @deppo I was impressed by the heartfelt counsel I received from several people at the time. Thanks! But I was still stupid enough to arrange a refund

I hate TG, but I can't help it, I posted my TG, Skype, WhatsApp in my marketplace post.

Almost no one contacts me on skype and whatsapp, instead only perverts message me on skype. They call me “baby”, ask me where I am, like having a drink with me, it's disgusting.
I have since had a client who was referred to me by another reseller. The reseller later scammed him out of a large amount of money from his Facebook business and removed any information and contact information.

This client later reached out to me to tell me to watch out for this scammer because he knew that the scammer and I didn't know each other because I don't do Facebook business.

Later I worked with this client individually, he was smart and cautious, each time he wired only a small amount of money and when I completed the recharge he wired a small amount of money and did it again and again.

He never let the risk get out of his control.

Same scammer contacted me for that $3007 supposed transaction so instead of blocking decided to have a little bit fun.

I was like yeah I just refunded you.

He says what's the transaction id.

I'm like oops I accidentally sent you $9257, please check.

He's like but what the transaction id is.

I'm like I kinda bored right now to check, look for yourself.

At that point lonely loser scammer realized the trolling and deleted the chat.

Felt good.

It's so easy to get scammed on Telegram. Handling the entire transaction through BHW has been better.

So, should i drop the plan and let the scammers run it the way they want? I will prefer those who get scammed to share payment details of the scammer like finance id or something so i can add it to collections.

If your goal is to prevent scams, you'd be better off creating content around avoiding getting scammed rather than trying to go after people you think are scammers and trying to defend yourself using the megaupload defence "it's not my content, I just host it".
You getting sued is something no one wants to see.
