would recommend depending on your circumstances follow up all your emails with a phone call, that way 1) doesnt matter if they got it or not 2) you will increase the amount of appointments you get 3) Get live feedback from your offer.
The no website method is pretty common these days, having their name in the email is hardly personalization - especially with tools like clay and "vidu" where cold emailers and sending at scale personalized loom videos with the prospects profile in the background.
Not to say that you wont get win's but if you want to break through the noise of the millions of cold outreaches, pick up a phone and use the email as a reason for the call. They are only human.
- dont ask to book a call on the first email.
Send something of value without expexcting anything
Ii came eacross your profile noticed you didnt have a website or im blind as a bat (possible_)
I put togther a quick guide on the top 5 website builders we recommend - each one would be perfect to capture all the traffic and customers looking for you.
All the best,
www.mywebsite,com
if you have a request a call form or something like that on your website youll get more bookings through people being curious to see who you are and clicking a normal website link in your signature - not a specifc landing page one.
Then come back around in 3 days with a follow up, - track open rates, who ever opened the emails erveral times id make a quick 40 sec loom video just showinf them an example website and offer a couple times- but do it in wiritng and as well as in the video - a good percantage of people wont watch and prefer to read.
or jsut comeback with an email with mock up of a website - just put there logo on a shitty ghl template and an ask if they would be "open minded" for you share some ideas with them.
The whole point of cold emailing is so that you can get interested people on the phone to set a meeting
If you are already calling them thats the hardest part for people to do - so your 70% of they way there.
Every phone call you make should be with the intention to do 2 things
1. Find the decision maker
2. Set a meeting
Even if you call and the DM isnt there and they give you the DMs email - still dont fkn email them
Find out thier name when they are back an continue to call back till you get them on the phone.
You need to work on your script.
And you need a half decent reason for the call - one way is to search job lisitng of businesses hiring sdrs, appointment settters, cold callers etc and use that as a way in
"Just calling i saw your looking for more sales staff over at x , dont worry not a recruiter, businesses in the xyz industry come to us to add additional 30-50k a quarter by percision targeting thier icp without having to hire additional staff or burn cash on ads, i saw your ad by chance and thougth it would be good to talk to you because your businsses is the exact type that we can help, now i dont want to waste too much of your time i know your busy running a business - whats your diary looking like tomorrow at say 2,pm, ill show you examples of what were doing with our clients and what that might look like for you - whats the best email to send a calendar invite to - THE ONLY EMAIL YOU SEND LOL
thats probs abit wordy but you could throw in - so with the ads for sales staff, is that because tyoue growing or somebody wasnt performing? Goood helps hard to find ahhaha"
when they agree to meet then qualify harder
ok great 2pm tomorrow before i let you go
... how many staff do you have, how bigs the sales team, how do you currently generate leads, whats been the bigget challenege for you with regards to outbound, is there anyone else that should be in the meeting?
48% of sales people never follow up with a prospect
· 25% of sales people make a second contact and stop
· 12% of sales people only make three contacts and stop
· Only 10% of sales people make more than three contacts
. 2% of sales are made on the first contact
. 3% of sales are made on the second contact
· 5% of sales are made on the third contact
· 10% of sales are made on the fourth contact
. 80% of sales are made on the fifth to twelfth contact
Never stop calling - unless the actual decision make has sat down an gone through a whole presentation and they know who you are what you do and how much it costs and ONLY then said no
Why do you keep calling - because i know we can ad your business
gee you persisitant - yes because i know we can help your business, all i need is 30 min of your time, show you exactly what we do and how thats going save you time and money - if you dont like it then no problem youll never hear from me again, but if you see the value in what we do, and it makes commerical sense we'd love to bring you on board - 30 mins all i need is that bettrer tomorrow or friday morning?
Its never a no, its not right now
Space out the calls 3 6 9 21 30, 60, 90, repeat 3, 6, 9 - thats days btw
but if your progressinfg the lead - like you learn new informationa bout the leads like the name orther out of the office then dont worry about the days just keep on it - the days is if you arnt getting any answers
Also never put the price of you service in an email - you always want to deal with that either on the phone or video call or in person - you need to see thier reaction to it and then immediatley deal with any objections - if you give them everything in the email whats the point in having a meeting with you, an then you cant get thier reaction or objections because they dont see the value all they see if the price tag and youll never hear from them again - the appointment allows you to create the value during the meeting processes, so you walking them through exactly how it works and how its going to do x y z for them thats how they start pieceing together how it would make sense for them and how much roi etc - never assume they get it never assume they undestand, always ask if it makes sense etc
Theres many ways to skin a cat my friend.
Classic marketing sales is called GAP selling - theres a book somewhereprobably find it online.
3 key things.
Where do they want to be ? GOAL
Where are they now? Actual reality (probably not the right thing i cant remember off the top)
Why are they not already there OR whats been the roadblock to getting there. PROBLEM
GAP - GOAL, ACTUAL, PROBLEM.
By asking the questions in that order you lead the prospect into creating a clear gap
Then you turn that gap into problems by poking at why they aren't there already or what's been the challenge
If your in person you literally draw two circle (your here) ------------> (you wanna be here)
Then whatever it is you selling is the ---------> Your product or service will take them from shit state to where they want to be.
So you want to understand your customers and think and map out yourself
What are all the things in the ----------> part that need to happen for them to get there
For example, theyve got no fucking leads, because they dont have leads, they dont have sales calls, if they dont have sales calls they arnt making money.
OR
Theyve got too many sales calls and the owner is neglecting sales and focusing on client delivery because they thing thats the right thing to do but actually they are just avoiding doing sales becaue they find it uncomfrotable so then they go hire some dweeb and they dont know how to train them or what to offer them because they shouldnt be hiring them in the first place
- there the guys i deal with
GAP
Create a gap then have different servicess and products that help them get to the goal- there might be 4 or 5 things, leads, appointments, conversions, hiring, operations,
the more of the jounrey you can tick off for them and help in some way even more value.
Thats the basics,
Next level is too dig deeper - whats the goal - 100k - why whats that going to do for you? - how is that going to change your siutation/. what will that mean for your business, what does it mean for you family.
You build up thier emotions they can fucking feel it and smell it what life will be like when theyve got that goal they want and then you flip the fucking table on thier heads
what happens if you dont get there? what if yoiu cant do it - whaats that going to mean for you, how does that effect your home life, what could happen that might mean you dont do it?
Now they freak out or start thinking more seriosuly like fuck this is my business my family depends on me
And you start positioning yourself and your service as
Dont worry, i gotchu bby - this is how were going to do it, walk them throught each step and milestone along the jounry to the goal - you look like jesus and they give you 5k a month and then cancel 3 months later becuae its competititve as fuck lol
I've got script somewhere ill chuck it up if i find it
iggest peice of advice
Track your fucking numbers

Use that - everyday
Dont worry about outcomes
Worry about the effort you put in everyday
Everyday try and do more than yesterday - inputs - dont even think about what you get from it because you havnt earned the right to yet.
Outbound sales you have a delay between effort and reward
it starts negative your -100 and you need to get to 1,000 in to get the reward
It is all MOMENTUM everyday you focus on your inputs, each day getting your inputs in, dont take your foot of the gas - as soon as you do you lose all the momentum.
Your effort needs to compound overtime until it hits the marker - and it will, but you it wont if you take the foot of the gas or if you give up.
Once it ticks over youll will get better and improve deals will seem like they become easier and easier
But the only reason your getting deals is because you ate shit for 6 weeks 12 weeks before hand but you stuck to you daily non negotaibles, you did what is required of you everyday and you your effort, volume meets opportunity and all of sudden you become "lucky"
The only way to get better at sales is by being in more sales conversations.
When i started my current business i did 100 dials for 100 days - non negotiable, i have alot of experience and my sepciciality is the phone - i was making sales week 1 and consistantly 2-4 a week by the end of the first month BUUUUUUUUUUUTTT I stuck to the commitment i made to do 100 dials for 100 days, get my reps in and do whats required.
Sales is game of no's - think about it.
Ill give you some rough industry numbers.
Cold calling]. 50 calls = 1 appointment
100 dials a day = 2 appointments - thats what you should aim for and is the miminum for most companies
that's 10 meetings a week.
Out of the 10 meetings 8 of them will show up
From 8 meetings 1 in 5 close (on the first meeting)
The other 4 go into your pipeline and 1 of those will close
What i would do in your shoes.
Make it 100 attempts to contact - so include your emails, calls, DM's together combined.
But it has to be 100 new conversations, not call backs no follow ups.
Okay so let's take a step back.
The Sales process is
- prospect (build your list)
- Outreach (contact them)
When you outreach you are not trying to sell them.
The point is to get abit of interest in your outreach, you are calling to get the appointment. We do not sell your service at this point. We want to set a time (book an appointment, meeting, sales, call)
Then set the meeting for the a day or two later. This is where you sell them.
Now they know its sales meeting, but they are interested in someway or curious to see how you can help them.
Then you say thank for attending so why did you decide to show up?
Okay cool so what well do is I want to make sure I give you best soloution possible - so what I'll ask you a few questions about the business and then IF I can help you I'll tell you about what we do and how it's going to help. If I can't help you I'll see if there's someone I can refer you too but if I can and you see value in what we do then I will ask for your business.
All i ask if there if we do get to thay point that you give me a yes or no - don't worry I'm a big boy and we can shake hands and leave as friends
Sound fair?
Cool
Thisnis where you do GAP
So tell me what gotnyou into business s
And how long have you been doing this for
Okay cool so what is it that your trying to achieve - if you had a magic wand where would the business be
That's the goal part
And then find out ok so where are you now roughly
That creates gap
Then find why they aren't here
Then say i think this will be great for you here's how it will help
Tell them what you do
Say can you see how this will give you a return on investment. And help you achieve that goal they mentioned at atart
Awesome so ti do business it's xyz $$ for a minimum oeriod 6 months if yoh pay in full today 2 months wi be free of charge.
So would you prefer to pay upfront or monthly instalments xyz
Outreach//Cold Calling/Cold Email/Appointemnt setting
*all the same thing - you are contacting, peak some interest and set a meeting/sales where you then go
So like i said - get there interest and book a meeting - Dont talk about evereything on this call - it can be done in 2-5 minutes.
Who you are
Why you are calling
What you do
How it can help them
Set appointment
Im adrian
Calling because we work with or we in talks wiht a number of business in the community and just wanted to let you know what we are doing at the mometn
do you own the buisness?
cool so we help business ecavlty like your generate appointments/revenue/clients through a our proven system that we implement in yoru business to bring you xyz in the next 90 days - Now i dont want to waste you time i know your busy do you habe 14 mins tomorrow and i can show you how it works an what we do for other busines jusrt like yours?

SALES CALLS/SALES MEETING/App YOU SET BEFORE
