I used to do mining, now i have 10 RTX 3070ti laying around. Can i sell this as service by building server pc with each gpu, static ip with my ISP ?
Can i sell GPU dedicated server?

Yes, if you don´t mind the day your ISP terminate your private contract. I´m sure they have a clause that says no business allowed if it is a private/consumer contract.

Search for a service that already offers that and base your pricing structure off of theirs.

Well the lowest spec rtx 3060 gpu server costs $300/month , idk how much this will worth. No im not trying to sell here, im looking for advice and information
