What's your weakness?

Procrastination, overthinking, trying to make a perfect plan, learning too much before I start instead of learning the basics and putting in the work as fast as possible.

  1. Not Giving Up Sleep: Start waking up 15 minutes earlier each week, create a bedtime routine, and plan something enjoyable for the morning.
  2. Procrastination: Break tasks into smaller steps, use the Pomodoro Technique, and hold yourself accountable.
  3. Intrusive Thoughts: Practice mindfulness, use cognitive behavioral techniques, and engage in activities that distract and focus your mind.
Consistent effort in these areas can help you overcome these challenges.

The one thing that always restricts you from growing to be a big shot.. ?

My biggest weaknesses are,

1. Not giving up my sleep at the mornings till 10 AM.
2. Procrastination.
3. My intrusive thoughts.

Whats yours? Have you ever tried to overcome them? And how?
I have a hard time saying no to people. Gets me in several questionable situations.

I would sell my house for a cat
I care more about animals than I care about humans
I am brutaly honest and racist

The procrastination mantra is what... Manipulating oneself to do more. I had been doing more and more for 16 hours a day for 8 years. Neither not procrastinating made me happier nor did I become healthier.

Such thing are so out of context and reality it's useless 99.99% of the time.

Think about lomg term planning for decades and write down those plans. Stop playing this game of gimmicking yourself that hard work pays off. It doesn't. Planning and strategy pay off.

Don't repeat just one after another. Give it some thought and write notes and self assessment practice everyday.
